HOMELESS2HOME PROJECT1000

Discover how we’re leading the way in social inclusion, economic empowerment, and community development. Together, we can achieve more.

Introduction

HOMELESS2HOME PROJECT1000 is an initiative of The Mandate Development Centre to address homelessness by providing stable, affordable housing solutions. Our goal is to build or secure 1,000 multi-unit housing complexes across communities, creating sustainable homes and supportive environments for those in need. This project is a commitment to ensuring that individuals facing homelessness are given a path not only to housing but to hope, dignity, and a new start.

Our Vision

Through PROJECT1000, we envision a society where everyone has a place to call home. Our approach combines affordable housing, support services, and community integration to provide individuals and families with the resources they need to achieve stability, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Goals and Objectives

  • Build or secure 1,000 housing units dedicated to those in need within the next five years.
  • Create a continuum of care by integrating essential support services such as job training, mental health support, and social services.
  • Foster a sense of community where residents can rebuild their lives, connect with others, and engage with their surroundings meaningfully.

Why We Need Your Support

Creating sustainable housing requires more than just walls and roofs. Our mission is to build safe spaces that uplift individuals and offer the resources needed for a stable future. With your support, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of countless individuals and families, helping them transition from homelessness to homeownership.
